Your Ceremony Has Begun

Next Steps

Welcome to the next steps of your sacred healing journey! Please download and carefully review the Preparation Packet below, and note the upcoming preparation session to learn more about how to best shift into a ceremonial mindset for this experience and ask any questions you may have.

*Please note that our dietary guidelines differ from Soltara’s. It is important to follow the restrictions for our Guided Ayahuasca Retreat in cases where dietary and behavioral requirements do not align.

In the meantime, all logistical questions should be directed to Soltara’s team.

Remember that the more you put into your preparation, the more you will get out of your retreat. For personalized support, Mee Ok offers 1:1 coaching sessions along the way. To book additional sessions, contact Mee Ok to schedule a consultation. Special packages are available exclusively for retreat guests!

  • 6 sessions for $1350 (10% discount, $25 off per session)
  • 12 sessions for $2400 (20% discount, $50 off per session)

A Word of Advice:

Begin your preparation now with discernment and discretion. You will be coming to Soltara and having a powerful experience and with any luck, you will encounter the unknown and might really desire personal space once you return home. I encourage you to be very mindful of whom you share the intention of coming to drink ayahuasca.

Often travelers return home to others in their lives wanting to know about your experience as a matter of care and curiosity. But I encourage you to hold this experience for yourself without the energy others asking about your process prematurely. Visitors come to Costa Rica for many reasons, and it’s usually enough to say you’re going to connect with nature or just get some “you” time in such a beautiful place. Who needs a reason to come to Costa Rica?

This is one of the ways we learn to protect ourselves and honor the incredibly deep journey we embark on with sacred medicine work. As a result, when you do return home, you can experience more ease and empowerment by sharing what you wish and with whom.
